Webafrica will trap you

I have been having problems with webafrica. No internet for 25 days. No telephone support. Their whats app platform is terrible. They don't have an option to cancel the Their nonexistent service. I tried numerous times to cancel. When I ask to transfer me to cancelations they transfer me to their technical department. Their technical department is very inexperienced. Un fortunately I after having problems with with webafrica I read the reviews on mybroadband I read all the complaints. It feels like they are trying to **** people. Don't use any isp that uses whatsapp support. Webafrica is a trap. Read the reviews on mybroadband. I'm not the only one
