Webafrica will not cancel because of calendar month

Webafrica unable to provide service I require (Uncapped Telkom LTE) as Telkom LTE is only service I can get in area where I live. They refuse to start cancellation procedure due to not being a calender month. This month started on a public holiday on a weekend I have been batteling with whatsapp support because you cannot just phone someone. plus conflicting stories from staff one said yes cancellation can be done and other say no... I am packing up my webafrica equipment and courier it back with simcard and I am done!!
