Webafrica will leave you without internet

My internet has been down a week. Webafrica has done nothing to resolve it except wait for me to call in and complain that its still down. The standard answer I get is that its on Octotel side, or that Octotel said everything is up. They close the tickets and don't bother chasing up Octotel or attempt to resolve this. Tomorrow marks a week I have not had internet and I see they have already added a fun month bill to my account
