Webafrica will have your kids walk in the rain

Its now day 12 with no success trying to get my money back...my account has now been debited with two amounts..of which i provided them proof off..every day its new excuses new demands and not one agent can provide proof that ive asked for an upgrade..ive now been told both amounts is now for an upgrade package..if it is so it should be one higher amount..upon asking to cancel and down grade 1 min after agent gave me that option im told they dont do that any more...its so frustrating for a single mom who works to jobs and now her 10 yr old is walking in the rain to school because they refuse to refund me....in the beginning the credit reqeust was logged but now they all over with excuses as to why it should not
