Unfortunately your official channels do not respond, and when they do, they immediately close the ticket. I was told a manager will phone me back on Monday, nobody phoned. I see that Web Africa has stopped responding on mybroadband.co.za as well. It would appear that the company is going out of business as, if this is how they treat their loyal customers, I can just imagine how they treat the customers I actually referred to you. Since my services aren't all restored, I would recommend anyone with an ADSL line still, to go to Telkom's website and get their homeUnlimited package. It's very competitive, and much cheaper than Web Africa, and believe it or not, Telkom's support as well as sales is dramatically better than Web Africa! Matt, whom I've spoken to personally on several occasions, has left a legacy, and you *****ed it up. I really do hope you pull your head out of where the sun don't shine and realize that giving good service is what got you where you are currently, and having appalling service, will see people vote with their wallets and leave you for someone who will respond to support requests.

Still waiting for someone to explain why this is happening, or anyone at the company to contact me

Few weeks later, and after receiving a response that "managers have been briefed and will be contacting me soon", no manager or contact from Web Africa has been made. Still waiting.

So, I cancelled all my services and moved my business elsewhere. I suggest everyone reading this will do the same thing. Web Africa does not, will not, ever care about their customers, and we can vote with our wallets and make this company either actually provide service, or go bankrupt and sell to a competitor.

I'm done being patient.
