Webafrica WiFi ******s

I deeply regret ever joining Webafrica. When I first joined the service provider I took a package with them for 40 gigs - 20gigs day time, and 20gigs night time, the WiFi lasted 2wks so I decided to upgrade to the full package of 480gigs - 240gigs daytime and 240gigs night time at a cost of R1069. 00 I recently started experiencing problems again. The WiFi would finish again in only two weeks how is this possible when absolutely nothing has changed with our usage in fact we're using less than what we used during lockdown. What is apauling is their unable to show you usage history. In addition the night time surfer which is suppose to kick in at midnight only kicks in at 01h00 sometimes even later. It is near impossible to get hold of anyone who will assist you I am absolutely appauld with their service. I will be canceling my subscription with them and would like to advise other people to avoid using their service.
