WebAfrica - WhatsApp support system a disaster of note !!

They stopped email support because it too old fashioned for them and has a well hidden ticket system for some of their services, with their WhatsApp automation a disaster of note. WhatsApp responded after TWO hours today, then closed it because I wasn't watching my WhatsApp any longer whilst they surely could have phoned ! Do NOT expect any support from these people !!! Who in big tech hasn't a proper ticket system for all services prominently displayed ??
