WEBAFRICA WHATSAPP SUPPORT SUCKS
Honestly Webafrica. Your service has been displeasing to say the least. What is it with the agents that runs the whatsapp customer support group over the holidays? I have been passed along from the one agent to the next for the LAST FOUR DAYS!
It is pathetic. I've requested that someone phones me or at least give me a number to phone accounts department to get a straight answer.
I suggest you put a "RATE THIS AGENT FROM 1 - 5" at the end of every chat and pay them according to that. Because you're definitely wasting your money on some of the agents working for you.
Please go into your chats and see the names I may not place on this group. You will be surprised how easily they just shrug you off.
I wish I had the money to cancel my service. I will never use Webafrica ever again.
