Webafrica WhatsApp Support Service sucks

The Whatsapp support is useless. I have hundreds of WhatsApp messages on the support chat without resolution after almost 3 months. Moving Home should be a very simple process. I delayed the move by a month and the system was unable to cope with this simple concept....a delay: -They first cancelled my service at the old address prematurely on the original move date -Then I had to request a new installation to restore service. -Then it was another mission to get the service activated at the new address -Then I had 2 services. Now after 2 weeks I am still trying to cancel the service at the old address. Every step was unpleasant. There was no continuity at all between the various agents I dealt with. I had to repeat myself countless times.
