Webafrica WhatsApp Support Service

Webafrica has changed to WhatsApp support services a while back and the service is absolutely pathetic. Nothing ever gets resolved. I have tried since 12 Jan 2021 to get my VoIP issue resolved. I have explained the situation to many different support agents with no luck. Please could I get some real support!!
