Webafrica WhatsApp Sh*t Support

Hi. Webafrica is most USELESS bunch I've ever came across. Firstly the WhatsApp Chat service is horrible. I've been left hanging by a person called Masithembe Tyoba, with no regard of what my issue is or how urgent it is, I'm still here waiting for a response over 4 hours now. Secondly, my data monthly depleted with 8 days of the new Month. No explanation from because it takes them 15 hours to respond to queries. No one seems to care that we are paying customers, without the actual product we paying for!!! It's been 4 days now, NO FLIPPIN INTERNET!!!
