Webafrica whatsapp agents suck

I’ve been trying for 8 days to get Webafrica to app the credit notes issued to my account app**** and to reconnect me . All the agents do is here me on the whatsapp line for 9 hours for 9 days running and nothing gets done . I want Openserv to reconnect now . I can’t even get them to give me a fault reference .
