Webafrica Whatsapp Agents

I initially did my move home on the 16th of November 2023. I received confirmation all in order. Today is the 13th of December 2023 and Webafrica Whatsapp chat agents dont know what they are doing. I still don have internet and the I have proof from Openserve that Webafrica still do the activation on my old address with the old B-Number. Webafrica is useless and they cant provide me with th new B-number on my new address. If your can get through on the chat group your wait 2 hours for a response. My Webafrica portal the status is still pending.
