WebAfrica.. What a joke.. Disgusted

Like many others before me.. I would love to give Webafrica no stars... So many times I have had billing query do it takes days for them to sort out and repeated debits on my account for an incorrect amount with no mention of crediting me with the charges on my bank account.. And they've done it again.. Billed me with an increased amount of which I have no idea what they are talking about.. Their whatsapp chat is an absolute JOKE.. They leave you hangimg for an hour at a time.. To cancel is the only option!!!
