WebAfrica went the extra mile!

Despite having some issues with the customer support on Whatsapp regarding my billing queries, the WebAfrica retention department was very accommodating and eager to assist with my issues with network speed and billing queries.

I have not had any issues with the internet or the company in general. The only thing I think customers need is more flexible payment options, such as ozow or instant efts!

But well done for making an effort to keep customers happy
