It has taken me 5 hours so far to talk to one operator re my installation update. I have tried calling 3 times (sitting on hold for 1 hour at a time). I have tried their 'superfast' whatsapp service that takes you through many hoops to land at the same answer, no agents available.

I have gotten through to 2 agents who transfer me adn that just puts you in a holding loop for an hour.
