Webafrica waste

This waiting to speak to a query agent is the same as my wait for internet service,none..my work is greatly affected by the disconnection..and I don't know why you don't alert us ahead of time but rely on us to complain,as if you dont know we have issues.. And there are no suggested turnaround times..no retention methods for fed up customers..it's as if you don't care..your watsapp service is forever busy and no feedback received in time..no customer service line..we dont always want to speak to your "willie robot"..perhaps thats why you jave it because you know your service is horrible..terrible service at webafrica..you shouldn't even receive one star.
