Webafrica Warning
I decided to change my service provider for my fibre connetion from Mweb to Webafrica who seemed hungry for my business and price competitive, I made it quite clear when I wanted the new service to commence both by email and with their WhatsApp consultant, this was to be monthend to avoid having overlapping service providers and, more importantly, cost. This didn't stop Webafrica from taking over the line virtually immediately and plundering my bank account. You can get no sense from their chatline as it detects inactivity and cuts the chat, despite the fact that it's their lack of response, not mine. They're just all too ready to transfer you to another operator. I'm really disappointed, I'm a pensioner and I accept I get lost with some of the techie stuff but I do know how to schedule payment to work best for me.
