Webafrica wants the deal but don't deliver

What a great presentation done. Then I signed and went through a lengthy process. After the installation was done I was promised the router within 4 days. My neighbor who's installation was on the same day didn't well receive his router after 4 days and he contacted them daily. I never received mine this was mid December. Then the company's closed and nothing. I received my router yesterday 9 January and guess what it doesn't have internet connection although everything is working. I phoned them and they advised sorry I need to be at home while phoning them for technical help. So after work I phoned and held on for 10 minutes and then the call dropped this was at 17:00. Shocking wish I never went with them. Teralink is just as useless as they are since they are the host or something.
