Webafrica want my money for failure of service delivery

Webafrica failed to fix my internet connection since the 6 November 2022 of which I was running around like a headless chicken trying to have them fix it until the 30th November 2022. I decided to cancel my subscription since I was not receiving any service and returned their stuff. Today they calling me to tell me that I owe them for service I never received. This company is a **** I would advise everyone to stay away from Webafrica and Vumatel services if you want peace.
