Webafrica - want my business?

Received email on 21 Dec confirming contract. Now 16 working days later nothing! Despite numerous whatsapp attempts that lead to nothing apart from messages from the bot to say that it taking longer than usual to link to an agent! (7 messages today). The call centre says the wait time is 32 min and recommend whatsapp where the message is that all will be sorted in 5 minutes. Eish!
