Webafrica, Vumatel... worse service received!!!

On the 6th of December I app**** for fibre to be installed in my unit. 2 weeks turn around ahs resulted in 2 months and still no update, feedback or responses. I get thrown from pillar to post, no one contacts me with feedback or an update. No one can assist and all agents tell you the same thing as though their responses are recorded. The service has been pathetic to say the least and nothing apparently can be done. The service delivery is shocking!!! by far the worse service i have ever received. their whatsapp line is advertised as a live agent will get back to you now now!! its take them 5 hours 2 respond and only to give you the same information
