Webafrica-Vumatel: poorest fiber service in the country

The poorest ever service you can imagine is what I'm getting from Webafrica/Vumatel, I hv been without Internet for almost a week, every day on WhatsApp complaining and complaining, they kept escalating the fault up and down with reassuring messages , today i was told the fault was actually never truly escalated and they were going to escalate for real now, I asked for a number to speak to a manager and they promised the manager will phone me back... of course he didn't, even the fault team can not be reached at this time. I'm a doctor and im behind my schedule, eating my mobile date despite having paid for the fiber service. It is unbelievable such level of inefficiency, never expected it. My advice to people: avoid Webafrica/Vumatel , try somebody else. I am staying in bela bela, limpopo.
