Webafrica / Vumatel Poor Service

HI WEBAFRICA promise is that once payment is made to connect your fibre, installation is done within 14 days, it is almost a month and I am still waiting for Vuma to connect me, sadly I wasted all my data chatting to webafrica because there are no phone lines you can direct your queries to and for someone to assist. it is absolutely frustrating trying to get a hold of Webafrica or Vumatel for any assistance, I have just wasted so much of my time and money to get anyone to assist, someone needs to pay more attention to customers satisfaction, I regret paying and now I am running around trying to get me connected and both parties makes promises on on email and whatsapp and nothing happens.
