Webafrica Vumatel Outage

Fibre Outage for the 2nd day now and no one at Webafrica is able to assist with reasoning to outage or activate my internet access. It seems to be a National Outage and No response from Webafrica. Very quick to install and receive the monthly fees, however, No Customer Service. The only means to contact is via WhatsApp, no call centre number and you are not able to contact this company!
