Webafrica & Vumatel... No Wifi for dayssss

Our wifi has been off since Friday 28/04/2023. Installment date is the 1st of every month. Payment made Sunday 30 April just incase. We have been chatting via Whatsapp with Webafrica who is our ISP since Friday to find out what the problem is. No solution. Yesterda Tuesday 02/05/23 I sent a message via FB messenger. I received a reply to use the website live chat. The live chat kicks out an error message everytime you reply so one must relogin n new oto over n over. I was alos assisted via Fb Messenger and was told that they are awaiting Vumatel to allocate payment. There are no customer care contact numbers as everything is automated. I find it strange that the automated system still has not found our payment and allocated it accoridingly. Today again I sent a msg via messenger, only reply is we still waiting on Vumatel. The whatsapp line takes me in circles. The live chat sends OTP to continue the chat but the OTP just never comes. What is happening???? ONline shows there are no problems, no outages yet we are struggling to receive proper service.
