WebAfrica Vumatel - No connectivity No service

Here I am AGAIN with this ridiculous company that keeps suspending my internet connectivity for absolutely no reason other than to make my life as miserable and hard as possible. There is no way you can prove that payment was made because there's no accounts department. Willie the exceptionally unhelpful bot ends a chat whether you have selected END CHAT or not. None of the agents ever respond to a single text on the WhatsApp line in any way and there's no point in trying to cancel the service because they don't respond to that either. I'm done trying with this company. Is there really no other company or an ombudsman that can assist in this regard?
