Webafrica Vumatel is bad

I had an issue with my vuma Tel fibre line where they gave me a credit for not having fibre for 10 days in April and they were supposed to credit my account on the 1st of May and debit my account for the balance outstanding amount, which they didn't do. I spoke to Kabelo Dlamini via whatsapp and he said he will sort it out but didn't. I spoke to him for 2 hours , updated my card and got emails and screenshot and showed him but he didn't do anything and now its the 2nd and they disconnected the line because of their issue. They could not sort the issue out but was quick to disconnect the line. There have been also many issues with them in the past 3 months which I didn't speak about.
