WEBAFRICA / VUMATEL FIBRE LINE DOWN FOR 6 DAYS!!

There has been a Vumatel/Webafrica cable fault since Saturday, 27th April 2024 in parts of Chatsworth, Durban. We are all aware there is an owner in our area in Umhlatuzana, Chatsworth attending to construction work on his property whose TLB had mistakenly cut the fibre cables. We have since contacted WebAfrica and are constantly being told they are attending to the problem, everyone gets told a different story. Today is Thursday, 2nd May 2024 and still nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Its frustrating being unable to contact Webafrica telephonically - their only means of contact is via whatsapp which is totally unacceptable. We still do not know when our fibre lines will be restored.
