webafrica vumatel are rogues

I am a customer of webafrica vumatel on the 1st and 2nd December my account was debited 3 time of the amount 1st amount R399 2nd amount R327.94 and the last amount was R399. my bank has advised that the funds is with webafrica- my next move was contacting webafrica in regards to my refund. i was told that they dont have the money and they cannot help me with my refund today is the 29th of December 2022 and no reply from this rogue company.
