I am very unhappy about your service,

I enquired on the 5th June, after verifying with the salesperson that my area is covered for internet services, they assured me that once I have made payment of R249.00 they will be able to get me up and running, Which did not happen. only for me to find out that they do not cover my Area. I have just been on the line with two people who dropped the call without me even completing my greeting. I can't keep on following up on my own Money, because someone can't do their jobs. I myself work in a creditors department, and it really is not that difficult to refund. I am now told that the refund was processed on the 18th and it takes up to 10-14 days and then a further 3-5 days for funds to reflect? Like How? Who does this. They are quick to take the money, but can't refund you when it is rightfully your money.
