Webafrica /Vumatel

I have installed internet with webafrica recently. It worked for a while. For the last 3 days it's not working. I tried contacting them many times but they refer that I use WhatsApp. Still no help. The Fibre is was installed by webafrica. I have used more than 80 percent of my air time. Still no one has called me. What do I do now.
