Webafrica Vuma ****

The lack of service and accountability from Webafrica is tantamount to theft. They hounded me for my initial payment to proceed with installation of fibre connections at my home. This was in June 2021. Payment was made and to date i still do not have connectivity. I have had hundreds of queries submitted via email and whatsapp. The agents are unable to call us apparently and every time i trying calling their offices I get put on hold which is costing me a fortunate. I wish someone would assist
