Webafrica - Vuma reach - unreachable

I have been on the Whatsapp app for 2 days straight and cannot get hold of the provisional department. It takes hours to get hold of a consultant and they do not listen, just saying that the provisional department must assist with the activation. I tried calling and no one picks up the phone after being on hold for an hour. The email service has been discontinued. I just need my line to be activated. I have never had such poor service from a company.
