WEBAFRICA & VUMA HORRIBLE TORTURING SERVICE

I have been waiting for refund since my service was cancelled system error they deducted on the 1st of June on the 6 of June i got disconnected/not only disconnected i got cancelled i have been saying this VUMA AND WEBAFRICA has system error when School holidays are about to start or long weekends, till date i am hearing of wait for email it takes 10 -15 days when i checked with VUMA they said no its webafrica that must facilitate the refund when you check Webafrica they say Vuma and another 3rd party.
