Webafrica vuma eating my money

I canceled on 1st June and moved out of my place. I got an email stating that it will only be canceled 1st of August eventhough I'm not using the service. So I was debited for those 2 months which amounts R1100. Its September now and they are still attempting to debit and its causing unnecessary bank charges. I've tried to reach out to agents and keep telling me it's escalated. The website has changed and I cannot make changes like I used to.
