WebAfrica Vuma

I've been talking with several agents regarding an incorrect order I made accidentally. Therefore I had to be refunded for it . The one agent said the order was canceled and I'll receive my refund within 5-10 business days . That was on the 8th of August 2023 and it's now October 2nd . I have not receive any feedback . Everytime I ask about it it takes forever to sort out . They gave me the most disgusting poor customer service. Several agents told me different things to the point I got frustrated. Today I paid my wifi and again it did not go on within an hour . I tried and tried to pay it again and it went off . I paid double for the second time . I'm currently talking to an agent at webafrica but still no success. Please help or what should I do next . How do I come in contact with Vuma
