WebAfrica vs Vumatel not updating unknown outages !!

Bad Bad Bad ! We have been without Fibre for the last 24 hours and firstly one CANNOT reach Vumatel on Twitter as one get a response “please reach out to your ISP…” ok then help !! Then WebAfrica states there is no outage in our area BUT after numerous attempts they acknowledge there is an outage but with NO ETA !!!! This is pathetic customer service ! Please take ownership Vuma and WebAfrica !
