WEBAFRICA VS VUMA REACH HORRIBLE SERVICE

I logged a fault on Tuesday and every day I have been told that it will take 1-48 hours for a technician to call me. I am now on day 6 and again been told it will take 1-48 hours to get assistance. Working remotely and don't have internet access is a cut on my salary... No work No paye... Webafrica still tells me that a cancellation penalty will be charged for a full month's billing

Will reach out to their immediate competitors such as RAIN, TELKOM, VODACOM, ETC
