Webafrica vs Vuma fiber bad service

The worst service ever. We faitfulke signed up as the promises to Fibre looked so much better than the previous company I used for wifi connectivity.

Continously fiber connection, we work remotely and we are not been compensated for unpaid leave whenever we experience this connection problem.

[09/06, 11:12 am] Webafrica: as there is a 48-72 hour SLA attached to the open ticket that would unfortuantely be the times that we are bound by [09/06, 11:17 am] Webafrica:: if it is outside of the SLA period then we are able to credit with regards

This is how they get rid of you questioning why should it take up to 72 hours to get an answer or have it resolved😠😠

So with no connection, no work and no paye... and no credit from Webafrica.

You get brushed off coz they only manage the account and Vuma is sends out technicians out between 1 to 72 hours
