Webafrca is the worst service provider you can think of and I advise everyone to stay away from doing business with them after my experience. I signed up for uncapped VoIP on Monday and I have not been able to use this service and today writing this review is my 6th day. I phoned them everyday requesting assistance only to lead to a dead end. I would hold for an hour to get through to their help center and still my problem is not resolved. The problem with their voip service is that there is only one way communication when making calls using their service. Their service is terrible and it seems they do not have technicians trained to troubleshoot customer queries. I called Afrihost and was assisted within minutes. MY ADVISE STAY AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA!!!!
