Webafrica very quick to take your money

Webafrica were very fast to sell their Fiber special to me and promised that my LTE will be cancelled. The salesman made lots of promises like my LTE will be refunded for the data which I haven't used and my Fiber will only be a pro rata amount for the remaining month. All this promises was empty just to sell fiber . They've billed me the full amount for my LTE for Aug where I only used it for 15 days and they billed me the full amount for fiber where I only had Fiber for 16 days.. So I've paid for 2 internet packages and now they are full of stories to refund me and very quick to take my money. Also If you phone their lines for sales they pick up the phone in two ticks, but if you phone for any support the phone rings forever and a day. Very very unhappy with them "*****ing" my money.
