WEBAFRICA! VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!

POOR SERVICE!! My line is down half of the time due to an outage by Frogfoot. They can NEVER tell you when it will be resolved!! You have to communicate on a Whatsapp line where you wait up until a day sometimes for them to connect you to a person and not a robot!! Every month a full payment is taken for internet that is off half of the month!!!! All you ever hear is that it is a Frogfoot outage and they have NO ETA!!!
