Webafrica very bad service not to go to

Since I sign on and the installation has been done we had no problem with our fibre but since the 1ste month payment had been done we been sitting with a week without service so now I been struggling to do a cancelation with them so I can look for beter service I can look for a beter or other service so i struggle to do a cancelation with immediate effect for bad service and no service and be refund. Its easy to sign up and this that we must chat over a whatsapp for support and no nr to phone takes for ever just to get where u want to be its no 2 days i struggle just to get cancel and still they didnt cancel my service so mean now that i cant get other provider to provide my house with that what i need
