Webafrica very bad service

Hi Peter we had a month to month contract with webafrica Fibre but in April 2021 there was a problem at the bank n the debit didn't go through and we were suspended . We sorted the bank problem and since then we've been trying to get connected. I mean we've been through all the chat agents on wats app even got a new order no but the sales people just don't assist us in getting this activated. Very very poor service.
