Webafrica, VERY bad service!

Im terribly unhappy with the service delivery from Webafrica, I have been their client for around 18 months now and recent events have left me looking to other providers.

We moved home the beginning of this year and moved our fiber service with us (100mb line, 100gb cap)

This entire year has been an uphill battle, I have spoken to several of your support staff, sent Emails, logged query’s on your portal but nobody seems to be able to fix our issue.

Let me paint you a picture:

1. 18 months ago we signed up with you, we did not pay for any installation and although it took ages to install the line it did eventually work.

2. We moved home, being assured by your staff we would not pay for an installation at the new premises. (go listen to the voice recordings if you don’t believe me)

3. The line was setup and worked, all was cool until one evening we suddenly had no service. I called in and was informed we had cancelled our line. Upon further investigation with your staff a 'Kate' had called in and cancelled our line. I ask you with tears in my eyes how somebody else can call in and cancel our service? Anyway, I shouted at your staff and they put our line back.

4. Again all was cool, we then this month noticed our line was slow. Doing a speed test we got around 10mb. I then called the helpdesk and was informed we have no fiber service with Afrihost and should contact Telkom. I then again had to shout to get help as we want a 100mb fiber line with Webafrica.

5. We are now informed that we are paying for an installation (R2000) the end of this month for the installation done in Jan and that we still dont have a line as Webafrica dont know our 'b-number'

6. Looking at our invoices for this month we can also see we are in for a R1000 bill for the 100mb fiber line WHICH IS NOT WORKING!

How can you tell me there is no installation charge and then decide to bill it to me 6 months later? Also how can you bill me for a 100mb fiber line if its not working?

I have again contacted your staff and nobody can help me as they dont know this 'b-number' All I want is a 100mb fiber service working again – it used to run at this speed at our new home but the wheels fell off after you cancelled it on ‘Kates’ instruction.
