WEBAFRICA very bad service

Webafrica is the worst ISP ever.Ive been trying to speak to someone to cancel my line since 7am this moring.Its been 3hours and yet im still waiting just to talk to anyone.There whats app chat service is the worst thing ever.Hopefully they will see this post and get back to me ,or is that also to much to ask.
