Webafrica useless support

I am extremely upset with th service i have received for th past month with webafrica My wlan on my fibre router loses signal and goes off completely and then return’s interuptedly I have logged a fault almost evry week with them They keep making me do the exact thing and ask th exact questions Eventually i requested a tech be sent out and they said vuma will have to come out and check I contacted vuma and they say the ticket is closed as the line is up n running Yes its up and running but nothing works Another debit was done bt we hav no internet for almost a month and now we return to work and school which needs wifi indefinitely They have no phone line The live chat whats app is uselss and they take forever to respond and when they do its th same questions but no assistance or solution to date
