Webafrica - Useless Service

I ordered a 10Mbps ADSL line on the 06th of September 2021. Today is the 01st of October and the line has still not been installed. The staff at Webafrica are useless. They have no clue on what is going on. All calls and watsapps to them end in them not knowing anything. This is the worst service I've ever received from any service provider. The brand managers, namely, Tasneem and Natasha Mars are just as useless.
