WebAfrica - Useless ISP

Fibre has been down for more than 2 weeks now for no reason. No one to call, just the useless WhatsApp service. A technician was scheduled for last week Wednesday,no one pitched. Was phoned last week Friday to schedule a technician for today at 8,yet again no one pitched. I signed up with Webafrica which the hope of better service, seems like it was the wrong choice.
